Motorcycle returned to owner who lost it four years ago.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 14th, the Traffic Police team of Vinh City Police completed the procedures to return the motorbike to the representative of the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam (born in 1988), residing in Van Son commune, Do Luong district.

The stolen vehicle was returned to a representative of Ms. Tâm's family.

Earlier, at 8:00 AM on May 4, 2016, while on duty in the Le Duan Street area, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City, the traffic police team of Vinh City Police discovered a motorcycle with license plate 38N2-7856 driven by a young man violating traffic safety regulations.

Upon inspection, it was discovered that the license plate and vehicle registration certificate were fake, so the task force proceeded to draw up a report and temporarily seize the vehicle.

Upon verification, the owner of the vehicle is Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam (born in 1988), residing in Kim Son, Do Luong district. According to Ms. Tam, the vehicle was stolen in 2012 in Hung Binh ward, Vinh City.
