Cure coughs completely with 6 types of leaves.
Without the need for medication, the following leaves will help women quickly and naturally relieve coughs for their families.
1. Polygonum leaves
Besides being a spice that enhances the flavor of dishes, the leaves of the river plant can also effectively relieve coughs for the whole family.

The riverbank plant (Xương sông) can effectively treat coughs with phlegm and coughs caused by colds.
Ingredient:
- 2-3 young leaves of Polygonum multiflorum

Making:

Making:
Method 1: Crush mint leaves, then mix with 10ml of boiling water, let it steep, then strain and drink the liquid twice a day.
Method 2: Wash the lemon balm leaves and green kumquats (keep the peel on), put them in a blender and blend until smooth. Add rock sugar to make it easier to drink, then steam it in a double boiler for about 20 minutes. Drink continuously 1-2 times a day until the cough subsides.
3. Perilla
Perilla leaves are warm in nature, spicy in taste, and very good for treating coughs in children.

Ingredient:
- Perilla leaves
- Starfruit blossom
+ Male papaya flowers
- Rock sugar
Making:
- Place all ingredients in a ceramic bowl with a small amount of filtered water. Cook over a low heat, preferably over charcoal, for as long as possible. Afterwards, let cool or transfer to a glass bottle for later use (do not use in plastic bottles and do not refrigerate).
Give your baby about 1/2 teaspoon daily.
4. Chives

5. Houttuynia cordata

Ingredient:
- A handful of Houttuynia cordata
- Take a bowl of concentrated rice water and strain out the rice bran that settles at the bottom.
Making:
- Wash the Houttuynia cordata leaves thoroughly, then put them in a mortar and pestle and grind them into a paste.
- Add the prepared rice water and crushed Houttuynia cordata leaves to a pot, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and continue simmering for about 20 minutes until the Houttuynia cordata is soft and mushy. Then remove from the heat, let cool, and strain the liquid for the baby to drink.

Note: While consuming Houttuynia cordata, your child may experience slightly loose stools. This is completely normal.
6. Chrysanthemum greens (Tần ô)
