Overview of the training conference

The training program helps insurance units correctly identify eligible participants in health insurance according to the law, avoiding the issuance of duplicate health insurance cards to citizens; at the same time, it disseminates information about the responsibilities and benefits of participating in health insurance to each family, thereby encouraging people to participate; and rapidly increases health insurance coverage to ensure the goal of universal health insurance.

Representatives from social insurance and postal services in 21 districts, cities, and towns participated in the training.

At the conference, the Provincial Social Insurance agency also reviewed the implementation of online transactions for social insurance and health insurance contributions during the first nine months of the year and the plan for the last three months; and assessed the implementation of receiving and returning results of administrative procedures related to social insurance and health insurance via post office.
