Authorities summon 'Ngan Baby' for vandalizing an ATM in Thanh Vinh ward.
The police in Thanh Vinh ward (Nghe An province) have summoned a person commonly known as Ngan Baby for questioning to verify and clarify her actions of vandalizing an ATM and some of the property of local residents.
Earlier, on the evening of July 11th, a video circulated on social media showing a woman vandalizing an ATM on Le Hong Phong street in Thanh Vinh ward (Nghe An province), along with some property belonging to local residents. The clip caused outrage among many people in the area.
Upon receiving the information, the Thanh Vinh Ward Police quickly verified the details and tracked down the suspect. They also invited the victims and witnesses to provide information and cooperate in the investigation.

Reportedly, on the afternoon of July 12th, the Thanh Vinh Ward Police completed the procedures to request the temporary detention of Nguyen Thi Hoang Ngan, commonly known as Ngan Baby (born in 2003), residing in Phuong Son hamlet, Nghi Loc commune (Nghe An province), for investigation into the acts of "Disrupting public order" and "Intentionally damaging property".
At the police station, the suspect confessed that on the evening of July 11th, Ngan went to eat ice cream at an ice cream shop on Le Hong Phong Street (Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province).

When Ngan went to her motorbike to go home, it wouldn't start, so she became upset, thinking someone had vandalized her vehicle. She started cursing and threw stones, damaging some property in the surrounding area.
The case has now been handed over by the Thanh Vinh Ward Police to the PC01 Department of the Nghe An Provincial Police for investigation in accordance with the law.
