Thieves broke into an empty house and stole more than 75 taels of gold.
Knowing that the homeowner's family was away, the thief used a tool to cut the door lock, broke into the house and stole 75.6 taels of 9999 gold.
On the morning of July 12, Colonel Nguyen Van Bon - Head of the Criminal Police Department of Dak Lak Provincial Police said that the unit is coordinating with Ea Hleo District Police to urgently investigate and clarify the property theft that occurred at the house of Mr. Le Van Tung (36 years old, residing in Hamlet 7, Ea Nam Commune, Ea Hleo District).

Before that, at noon on July 11, Mr. Tung went to Ea Hleo District Police to report that in the morning of the same day, his family had some business to attend to so they locked the door and went out. When the family returned around noon, they found the door had been cut open and the furniture in the house had been ransacked.
Upon inspection, the 75.6 taels of gold (9999 type) kept in the family's cabinet were stolen by a thief. It is worth mentioning that after cutting the door lock, the thief also took the lock away.
After receiving the notice, Ea Hleo District Police were present at the scene to investigate and clarify. Because this was a property theft case causing great damage, the Criminal Police Department of Dak Lak Province Police was also present to coordinate in clarifying the case./.
