Thieves broke into MC Thảo Vân's house as if it were their own.
MC Thảo Vân recently shared that due to carelessness in not locking her door, thieves broke into her house and stole 10 watches. She said she will have security cameras installed today.
Just a few hours ago, MC Thảo Vân announced in a panic that her house had been burglarized. MC Thảo Vân shared: "Honestly, I'm still very confused. It started with my perfume bottle; I couldn't find it anywhere, even though I use it every day, so I was surprised. Then it was my watch; I like watches and have several, but when I looked in the box, I was shocked – it was empty."
MC Thảo Vân recounted: "Yesterday morning, someone in the building reported that someone had entered their apartment, walked around for a bit, and then left. Their apartment has security cameras, and everyone in the building had warned each other to be careful, but then it happened to our apartment shortly after."
Looking at the time on the video they sent, it's exactly around this time. Tit (Thao Van's son's nickname) was at home, sleeping in his room. The thief had entered his room and calmly took out each watch individually instead of carrying the whole box, probably afraid of being caught if they took the whole box.
Tít said that when he woke up and went out of his room, he had a very strange feeling, like someone had broken into the house. He even picked up a stick and looked around the house. Luckily, the thief had left a long time ago. It's a lesson learned from being complacent: thieves can come anywhere, not just from your house. We use a regular lock, so if it wasn't locked, the thief could have broken in. This thief seems to have been watching for several days."
Thao Van said this was a big lesson for her and she would install a camera today. She shared a photo of the empty watch box because it had been completely ransacked by thieves.
When asked by friends on Facebook, Thảo Vân explained that her son had carelessly left the door unlocked before going to sleep. As a result, the thief entered the house as if it were unoccupied. She said that 10 wristwatches were stolen. However, she considered it fortunate that she was safe. "It's still very lucky, safety is the most important thing," Thảo Vân replied to a comment from MC Đan Lê when her junior colleague inquired about her well-being.
