Continuing the implementation of the "drug-free border commune" project of the Nghe An Provincial Police, at 7 PM on May 18th, the Bac Ly Commune Police, the General Investigation Team of Ky Son District Police, in coordination with the My Ly Border Guard Post, conducted a patrol and control mission in Cha Nga village, Bac Ly commune. They discovered and apprehended a married couple, Luong Me My (born in 1974) and Luong Bun Mi (born in 1980), both residing in Cha Nga village, Bac Ly commune, for the illegal buying and selling of narcotics.

The items seized from the two suspects included 400 methamphetamine tablets, 2.25g of heroin, and 3 firearms.homemade gunThe husband, Luong Bun Mi, is a drug addict who, along with his wife, turned their home into a drug retail point, complicating the situation in the area.
Later that same day, at 8 PM, the task force discovered and apprehended Luong Pho Chien (born in 1971), residing in Cha Nga village, Bac Ly commune, for illegally possessing narcotics. The seized evidence included 0.65g of heroin and 4 methamphetamine tablets.

The Ky Son District Police are currently holding the suspects in custody and continuing their investigation and processing the case according to the law.
