Nghe An is one of the five major press centers in the country.

On June 21, 1925, the first issue of "Thanh Nien" (Youth), the newspaper founded by leader Nguyen Ai Quoc, was launched, marking the formation of revolutionary journalism in Vietnam. From its early days to the present, revolutionary journalism in Vietnam has always been a place connecting the Party's will and the people's aspirations, accompanying the country through countless historical ups and downs.

In line with that trend, the press in Nghe An has continuously developed with a widespread media network and a dedicated and capable team of journalists.
