Accordingly, after several days at sea fishing, the fishing vessel numbered NA90280, owned by Mr. Dang Van Son (born in 1971), residing in Dien Bich commune, Dien Chau district, along with 4 crew members, was on its way back to shore.
At approximately 3 PM on March 9th, as the boat was approaching Lach Quen port (Quynh Luu, Nghe An), it suddenly tilted, seawater flooded in, and it began to sink. At that moment, Mr. Son shouted for help from nearby boats, and all five people on board were safely brought ashore.
