According to the police, Nhat had two previous convictions for the above crimes, but after being released from prison, he continued his criminal career. Nhat bought heroin, divided it into small pieces, and sold it to addicts. To cover up the situation, he opened a wood workshop at home.

Nhat recruited unemployed young people, addicted to drugs, to deliver heroin to customers.

Every time a customer came to buy, Nhat observed from the second floor of the house to see if he knew them and was alone. If he trusted them, he would agree to sell heroin.

This middle-aged man never directly transacted, but instead let his underlings collect the money first, then ordered his employees to hide the drugs in a location far from the house. Once these steps were completed, Nhat's underlings would notify the customer to come to the hiding place and pick up the goods.

On August 30, many working groups were deployed to solve the case. Discovering that Tuan had just bought drugs from Nhat, the detectives raided and arrested him, confiscating 2 packages of heroin.

Immediately afterwards, a task force quickly searched Nhat's residence and found 17 bags of crystal meth, 38 packages of heroin, and 187 pink pills (a type of synthetic drug)... Authorities are quantifying the amount of drugs seized and expanding the case.
