If the plan to move the press office is approved, media representatives will be received at the White House convention center near the historic Lafayette Square park or in the old administrative offices, next to the US President's residence. "No decisions have been made yet," — Sean Spicer magazine quoted Trump's spokesman. However, he admitted that "there are some discussions about how to do it."

"There is a lot of interest in President Donald Trump. The question is whether the room with 49 seats is enough. When we held the press conference, we received hundreds of registrations, and we limited it to 400. Whether or not there is a possibility of allowing a larger number of media, we are discussing this issue," — Spicer explained the reason for moving the press center.

It is possible that the reason for this change is that the media is covering the activities of the President-elect in a very hostile manner. "They are from the opposition party. I want them not to be in this building. We will take the press center.", — the magazine quoted the source as saying.
