Photo exhibition 'Vietnamese Women in President Ho's Heart'

(Baonghean.vn) - On March 8th, at Ho Chi Minh Square, the Trade Union of the Department of Culture and Sports, in coordination with the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Square and the Ho Chi Minh Monument, organized the opening ceremony and ribbon-cutting for the thematic photo exhibition: "Vietnamese Women in the Heart of Uncle Ho".

Attending the opening ceremony of the exhibition were Comrade Tran Thi My Hanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, along with representatives of the Provincial Civil Servants' Union.

The exhibition, held from March 7th to March 15th, 2022, featured 102 photographs and 3 illustrative excerpts covering three main themes: President Ho Chi Minh's affection for Vietnamese women; Vietnamese women forever remembering the great President Ho Chi Minh; and Nghe An women learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings.

The purpose of this exhibition is to widely publicize and promote President Ho Chi Minh's profound concern, love, and compassion for Vietnamese women to the general public and tourists. It aims to awaken pride, strengthen solidarity and trust among women in the Party and in the process of reform and international integration; and create a vibrant atmosphere in the work, study, and activities of Vietnamese women cadres, members, and women in the new era."Confidence – Self-respect – Loyalty – Diligence”, is linked to “Studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh”.

This activity is part of a series of events launched by the Trade Union of the Department of Culture and Sports in its affiliated trade unions to commemorate the 112th anniversary of International Women's Day on March 8th, the 1982nd anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising, and to welcome the 13th National Congress of Women's Representatives.

The exhibition was harmoniously presented in terms of content, aesthetically pleasing, and engaging for viewers. The documents, photographs, and exhibits were scientifically accurate, with clear origins and precise information, and guaranteed to be copyrighted. The organization was dignified, economical, and effective in terms of propaganda and education.

The ceremony strictly adhered to regulations on disease prevention and control.
