(Baonghean.vn) - Amid escalating trade disputes between the US and China, Beijing test-fired two submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs) this month around Bohai Bay near the Yellow Sea.

According to analysts, this series of test launches is seen as an armed protest against the United States, which China considers to be interfering in important affairs.
The Global Times and many other Chinese media outlets reported on June 2nd that Chinese forces conducted military exercises last weekend in the Bohai Bay area.
Meanwhile, the American defense website Defense Blog speculated that China test-fired a new SLBM called the Dalang-3 on June 2nd. This missile is designed as an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) deployed on nuclear submarines.
This domestically produced weapon from China has a range of 12,000-14,000 km, threatening the American continent and the entire European continent.
Previously, at the Asian Security Conference (known as the Shangri-La Dialogue) held in Singapore from May 31 to June 2, the Chinese representative warned the US against interfering in China's internal affairs.
