New real estate supply emerges in central Ha Tinh.
The emergence of the Golden Gateway urban area project, developed by Nui Hong Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd., has contributed to supplementing the new supply of housing in Ha Tinh.
The Golden Gateway urban area was developed based on the residential area project of hamlets 17 and 18, Thach Tan commune (formerly). The project received investment approval from the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province under Decision No. 7297/UBND-XD1 dated November 1, 2019, and investor approval under Decision No. 43/QD-UBND dated July 8, 2021.
Golden Gateway is located on Nguyen Xi Street, a planned 18-meter wide road connecting key and bustling commercial areas. To the southwest, the project borders a planned 35-meter wide road. The project is situated in Ha Huy Tap Ward – one of the "core development areas" of a Type II urban area. This area has also seen significant investment in infrastructure and transportation by Ha Tinh province recently, particularly following urban mergers and expansions.
From the project's location, residents can easily access existing amenities such as administrative offices, medical facilities, educational institutions, and commercial services in the city. At the same time, the area benefits from a strategic transportation network including National Highway 1A, National Highway 1B, the North-South Expressway, and the planned North-South high-speed railway… facilitating convenient connections to major economic centers such as Hanoi and Vinh.
According to the plan, the Golden Gateway urban area comprises 162 townhouses, with areas starting from 160m².2 up to 230m2Meeting diverse needs ranging from business and residential living to profitable investment, the project has now completed its infrastructure and is ready for sale, with title deeds readily available. Golden Gateway is oriented towards the integrated development of technical infrastructure, combining essential amenities such as a shopping center and green parks, aiming to create a modern, convenient living space in harmony with nature.
As a new project located at the western gateway of Ha Tinh City, within the planning area No. 6, Golden Gateway is expected to contribute to enhancing the urban landscape of the region and create further impetus for socio-economic development. In the context of Ha Tinh entering a new phase of development, the project is anticipated to have significant potential for future value growth, aligning with the province's strategic development direction.
