Speaking at the ceremony, the representative of the Center emphasized: March 27, 1946 – the milestone marking the birth of Vietnam's revolutionary sports – is associated with President Ho Chi Minh's call for all citizens to participate in physical exercise, laying the foundation for the "Healthy for the Nation" movement to spread widely throughout the country. This is also the foundation for the gradual formation, development, and integration of sports and physical education in Nghe An.
