Nghe An Motor Vehicle Driving Test Center is recruiting staff in 2022.

Based on the Law on Public Employees No. 58/2010/QH12 dated November 15, 2020; and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Cadres, Civil Servants and Public Employees No. 52/2019/QH14 dated November 25, 2019

Based on Government Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020, regulating the recruitment, employment, and management of civil servants.

Based on Decision No. 1389/QD-UBND dated May 6, 2020, of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on granting financial autonomy to the Nghe An Driving Test Center for the period 2020-2022; the Job Position Scheme and actual needs for professional staff, administrative staff, and driving instructors.

Based on document No. 2569/SNV-TCBC dated October 19, 2022, from the Department of Internal Affairs of Nghe An province regarding the acceptance, recruitment, and employment contracts;

The Nghe An Provincial Driving Test Center announces the recruitment of staff for 2022 as follows:

Driving test course at the Nghe An Motor Vehicle Driving Test Center.

I. Recruitment quota:

Professional and educational staff: 1 position

Administrative and Human Resources Officer: 1 position

Driving instructor: 4 positions

II. Eligibility Requirements for Application

1.Eligibility and conditions

Individuals who meet the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social background, beliefs, or religion, are eligible to register for the civil servant recruitment examination:

a) Possess Vietnamese citizenship and reside in Vietnam;

b) Ages from 21 to 45 years old;

c) Having an application form;

d) Having a clear personal background check verified by the competent authorities;

d) Possess diplomas, training certificates, or professional licenses appropriate to the job position;

e) Be in good health to perform the job or task;

h) Meeting other conditions required by the job position, but not contrary to the provisions of the law (Specific conditions are detailed in the attached notice of recruitment quotas and requirements for civil servants in 2022).

2. The following individuals are not eligible to apply for civil servant positions.

a) Loss of or limitation of civil capacity;

b) Currently under criminal investigation; serving a sentence or complying with a criminal judgment or decision of the Court; or subject to administrative measures such as placement in a treatment facility, educational institution, or reformatory.

III. Application documents

Each candidate must submit one set of application documents for one job position with available vacancies. The application documents include:

1. Application form for civil servant recruitment according to mẫu số 1 (Form No. 1) issued with Government Decree 115/2020/NĐ-CP dated September 25, 2020;

2. A self-declaration resume certified by a competent authority within 6 months prior to the application submission date;

3. Copies of diplomas, certificates in foreign languages ​​and computer skills, and academic transcripts certified by competent authorities. In the case of diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions, they must be notarized and translated into Vietnamese;

4. Copy of birth certificate

5. A health certificate issued by a qualified medical facility, valid for 6 months from the date of application.

6. Certificate confirming eligibility for priority consideration in civil servant recruitment (if any), authenticated by a competent authority or organization.

7. A written assessment and evaluation from the leadership and Party committee of the agency where the applicant is currently employed. If the applicant is from another agency, a written consent from the agency where the applicant is currently working, agreeing to their participation in the selection process, is required.

8. Three 4 x 6 cm passport-style photos, taken no more than three months ago, with full name and date of birth clearly written on the back.

9. Two envelopes clearly stating the recipient's contact address.

VI. Application Fee:

Based on Joint Circular No. 228/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016 of the Ministry of Finance: The recruitment fee is 500,000 VND per application.

Applicants must submit their application and application fee in person, bringing their national identity card and original university (college or vocational school) diploma.

VII. Time, location of the entrance examination and study guide materials

1. Timeframe for verifying eligibility in Round 1: No later than 5 working days after the application deadline.
