The Central Committee expels 3 former Provincial Party Secretaries from the Party.
The Central Committee of the Party decided to discipline three former Provincial Party Secretaries: Pham Van Vong, Ngo Duc Vuong, and Nguyen Doan Khanh, by expelling them from the Party.
According to a press release from the Central Office, at the 13th Central Committee meeting held on the morning of November 25th, the Central Committee considered disciplinary action against several Party members.
Specifically, the Central Committee considered and disciplined three party members for violations:Pham Van Vong -Former member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council of Vinh Phuc province;Ngo Duc Vuong -Former member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, former Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee;Nguyen Doan Khanh -Former member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, former Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee.

The reason is that, during their time holding leadership positions in provincial Party committees, the three men had deteriorated in terms of political ideology, morality, and lifestyle; seriously violated Party regulations and State laws in performing their assigned duties and responsibilities, in the fight against corruption and negative practices; violated the Regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility of setting an example; causing very serious consequences, public outrage, and a very negative impact on the prestige of the Party organization and local government.
The Central Committee of the Party decided to discipline Mr. Pham Van Vong, Mr. Ngo Duc Vuong, and Mr. Nguyen Doan Khanh by expelling them from the Party.
