Vinh University launched the 2019 Tree Planting Festival
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 15, Vinh University organized the launching ceremony of the 2019 Tree Planting Festival.
“Tree Planting Festival 2019” of Vinh University is an activity in response to Uncle Ho's call for Tree Planting Festival in 1959, contributing to making the environment greener, preserving and enhancing the ecosystem, and combating climate change.
Thereby, raising awareness among all cadres, civil servants, public employees, pupils and students of the school about the purpose, meaning and good implementation of the "Tet Tree Planting" movement; at the same time contributing to greening the campus of Vinh University - Campus II, creating a green - clean - beautiful landscape, best serving the needs of accommodation, study, living and entertainment for students.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, officers, lecturers, students and pupils of Vinh University participated in planting 60 Bauhinia trees at Student Village, Campus II.
