The police in Soc Son district (Hanoi) are urgently searching for a fugitive suspect involved in the assault that broke four front teeth of a security officer at Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi).

Currently, the police are consolidating the case file and pursuing the suspect involved in assaulting a security officer at Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi) to prosecute him for "Resisting a public officer in the performance of their duties," as stipulated in Article 330 of the Penal Code.
According to initial information, on February 11th, Mr. Nguyen Van Diep (an employee of the Parking Lot Security Control Team - Noi Bai Aviation Security Center) was on duty in the parking area in front of Hall E, Terminal 1 of Noi Bai Airport when he discovered Tran Thi Ly (born in 1972, residing in Thai Phu village, Mai Dinh commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi) soliciting taxi passengers in the area of the first floor of Hall E, Terminal 1.
At this point, Mr. Diep asked Ly to leave, but Ly refused and went to where Hoang Van Truong (born in 1989, residing in Tan Trai village, Phu Cuong commune, Soc Son district - Ly's friend) was nearby.
When Mr. Diep asked them to leave the parking lot, both of them cursed and physically assaulted him. When others intervened, both Ly and Truong left.
When employee Diep asked both of them to return to work, Truong ran towards Tan Trai village (Phu Cuong commune) while Ly ran to the motorbike, grabbed a key, and hit Mr. Diep, breaking four of his front teeth (numbers 11, 21, 32, and 33).
Currently, Tran Thi Ly has been detained by the Soc Son District Police for "resisting public officials," while Truong has fled and the investigating agency is pursuing him to bring him to justice.
