Currently, the police are consolidating the case file and arresting the subject involved in beating the security staff at Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi) to handle the act of "Resisting a person on official duty", regulated in Article 330 of the Penal Code.
According to initial information, on February 11, Mr. Nguyen Van Diep (an employee of the Car Parking Security Team - Noi Bai Aviation Security Center) was on duty at the car parking area in front of Hall E, Terminal T1 of Noi Bai Airport when he discovered Tran Thi Ly (born in 1972, in Thai Phu village, Mai Dinh commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi) was on the first floor of Hall E, Terminal T1 soliciting customers for taxis.
At this time, Mr. Diep asked Ly to go out, but Ly did not comply and went to Hoang Van Truong (born in 1989, in Tan Trai village, Phu Cuong commune, Soc Son district - Ly's friend) who was nearby.
When Mr. Diep asked them to leave the parking lot, both men cursed and attacked him. When people came to stop them, both Ly and Truong left.
