Horrific chase in a game arcade leaves one dead.

An investigating officer said the initial cause of the horrific attack was likely a personal dispute.

The Criminal Police Department (PC45) of Tien Giang Provincial Police announced that they have examined the scene of a violent attack at a fish-shooting game arcade in Dao Thanh commune, My Tho city, which resulted in one death.

The victim has been identified as Nguyen Lu Tien Phuong (alias Phuong mada, 35 years old, residing in Ward 4, My Tho City, Tien Giang Province).

According to initial investigations by the police, at approximately 6:30 PM on January 23rd, Mr. Phuong was playing a fish shooting game at a game arcade in Dao Thanh commune, My Tho city.

At that moment, a group of young men (about 10 people) carrying various weapons such as homemade knives and machetes suddenly rushed in and repeatedly stabbed and slashed Phuong, causing serious injuries.

After committing the crime, the group of young men got into a car and fled. Phuong was taken by local residents to Tien Giang Central General Hospital and admitted with a fractured skull and a nearly severed arm. At around 8 PM that same day, Phuong died at the hospital.

The autopsy results showed that the victim died from multiple injuries, acute hemorrhagic shock, cerebral hemorrhage, and brain contusion.

On the morning of January 24th, PC45 summoned three suspected individuals from the group of 10 young men for questioning. PC45 is currently actively pursuing the remaining suspects to assist in the investigation.
