Hunting in the forest in Ha Tinh
Nguyen Hong Son used a knife to kill Le Viet Huong, injured another person, then escaped into the forest in Vu Quang district.
The incident happened late on May 15, at the Sao La forest protection ranger station, in Sub-region 156, located in Vu Quang National Park, Vu Quang district, Ha Tinh province.

According to authorities, three men who raise fish and livestock in Vu Quang National Park had a conflict while resting at Sao La station. Son was accused of using a knife to attack Mr. Huong, 42, causing him to collapse on the spot; and also slashing Mr. Ngoc, injuring his leg.
Taken to Vu Quang District Medical Center for emergency treatment at 11:00 p.m., Mr. Huong was confirmed dead.

Son threw the knife at the scene, escaped into the forest, and has been sought by many forces since last night until this morning.
The crime scene is located in the middle of a deep, dense forest, more than 15 km from the national park headquarters and the center of Vu Quang district.
