For the same crime, Nguyen Van Can (30 years old, residing in Vinh Long) and Tran Tuong An (39 years old, residing in Can Tho) were also prosecuted. These are two brokers who accepted bribes for traffic police.

Doan Vu Duy was accused of receiving bribes of 2.79 billion VND from 57 organizations and individuals. Through Can and An or directly, Duy received bribes of 2.8 billion VND from 57 organizations and individuals.

Need to use 6 accounts, receive bribes of 2.73 billion VND to help Duy and many other traffic police officers. An used 2 accounts and received cash to help Duy, totaling 349 million VND. Tam received bribes of 411 million VND from 13 organizations and individuals.
