Based on images provided by local residents, Team 2 of the Road Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police quickly verified, clarified, and handled two cases of motorcyclists driving without helmets and without driver's licenses in Bach Ha commune.
At 9:00 AM on January 1, 2026, the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police received a report from the public via the internet, showing two people riding a motorbike without helmets while participating in road traffic. The incident occurred at the intersection of Khuon - Dai Son road and National Highway 7C (N5 road), in Bach Ha commune, Nghe An province.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police directed Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 to verify and clarify the reported content. By the afternoon of January 2, 2026, the unit had issued administrative violation reports against TH Q (born in 2000) and HT H (born in 2002), both residing in Bach Ha commune, Nghe An province.

Upon investigation, it was determined that both individuals violated traffic regulations by not wearing helmets while riding motorcycles; operating motorcycles without a left rearview mirror; and both lacking valid driver's licenses.
At the police station, THQ and HTH admitted their violations. Specifically, at approximately 3 PM on December 29, 2025, THQ was driving a motorcycle with license plate 37D2-527.96 without a helmet on the Khuon – Dai Son road, heading from Van Hien commune to Bach Ha commune. Upon reaching the intersection with National Highway 7C, Q encountered HTH driving a motorcycle with license plate 37AN-014.58, also without a helmet, and traveling in the same direction.
The entire incident was recorded on video by a local resident and posted on social media, then sent to the authorities for handling according to the law.
