Step 1:First, we'll cut off the leaves, keeping only the base. |

Step 2:- You peel off the outer, tough skin, keeping only the white inner part of the tuber. |

| Step 3: -Soak the lemongrass in water and alcohol. Make sure the water completely covers the lemongrass, ensuring no part floats to the surface. Any part that floats will rot during soaking, ruining the essential oil! - Leave the jar of lemongrass in a cool, dry place away from sunlight for 3 days. |
