Effective July 1, 2017, pension and social insurance benefit levels will be adjusted.
(Baonghean) - The Prime Minister has just issued Decree 76/2017/ND-CP adjusting the level of pensions, social insurance benefits, and monthly allowances. Accordingly, from July 1, 2017, there will be an increase of 7.44% on the pension, social insurance benefit, and monthly allowance levels of June 2017 for 8 categories of beneficiaries.
Specifically, adjustments will be made to pension levels, social insurance benefits, and monthly allowances for eight categories of beneficiaries, including:
The first,Officials, civil servants, workers, employees and laborers (including those with voluntary social insurance participation time, retirees transferred from the Nghe An Farmers' Social Insurance Fund according to Decision 41/2009/QD-TTg dated March 16, 2009 of the Prime Minister); military personnel, public security personnel and those working in cryptography who are receiving monthly pensions.
Monday,Commune, ward, and town officials as stipulated in Government Decree No. 92/2009/ND-CP dated October 22, 2009, Decree No. 121/2003/ND-CP dated October 21, 2003, and Decree No. 09/1998/ND-CP dated January 23, 1998, who are currently receiving pensions and monthly allowances.

Tuesday,Individuals receiving monthly disability benefits as prescribed by law; individuals receiving monthly benefits under Decision No. 91/2000/QD-TTg dated August 4, 2000, and Decision No. 613/QD-TTg dated May 6, 2010, of the Prime Minister; and rubber plantation workers receiving monthly benefits.
Wednesday,Commune, ward, and town officials are receiving monthly allowances according to Decision No. 130/CP dated June 20, 1975, of the Government Council and Decision No. 111-HĐBT dated October 13, 1981, of the Council of Ministers.
Thursday,Military personnel are receiving monthly allowances in accordance with Decision No. 142/2008/QD-TTg dated October 27, 2008, and Decision No. 38/2010/QD-TTg dated May 6, 2010, of the Prime Minister.
Friday,The police officers are receiving monthly allowances according to Decision No. 53/2010/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2010, of the Prime Minister.

Saturday,Military personnel, public security officers, and those working in cryptography who receive salaries equivalent to military personnel and public security officers currently receiving monthly allowances under Decision No. 62/2011/QD-TTg dated November 9, 2011, of the Prime Minister.
Eighth, who are receiving monthly compensation for work-related accidents or occupational diseases.
The funding for adjusting pensions, social insurance benefits, and monthly allowances is guaranteed by the State budget and the Social Insurance Fund.
This Decree takes effect from August 15, 2017. The regulations stipulated in this Decree shall be implemented from July 1, 2017.
