Border security patrols during the April 30th - May 1st holiday.
(Baonghean.vn) - From April 23rd to 25th, Tri Le Border Guard Station, Nghe An Border Guard Command, coordinated with local police and militia forces to patrol and protect security in the Vietnam-Laos border area.

This is an important activity aimed at promptly detecting violations of border regulations, resolving incidents occurring along the border, and protecting the security and safety of the Vietnam-Laos border in the area under the unit's responsibility. At the same time, it aims to maintain political stability and social order in the border area during the holidays commemorating the 49th anniversary of the complete liberation of Southern Vietnam and national reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2024); and the 138th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 – May 1, 2024)...

The patrol force overcame extremely difficult weather conditions and challenging terrain to inspect border markers and check the safety of the Vietnam-Laos national border marker system from marker post 379 to 380. As a result, the border markers remained undisturbed, the border posts were maintained in their original state and were safe; the patrol force ensured absolute safety in terms of personnel, weapons, and equipment.
