Joint Vietnam-Laos patrol, inspecting the border and border markers.
(Baonghean.vn) - This patrol aims to compile and inspect all border markers and boundary posts.
From May 23rd to 25th, Tri Le Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard Command) coordinated with local militia to conduct comprehensive patrols along the entire 18.530 km border under its responsibility.
The unit conducted a joint patrol with the border guard forces of our neighboring country (Laos) along the border section from marker 373 to 374, which is the most rugged and difficult section of the entire border line.

Through patrols of the national border marker system (8 markers from 373 - 380), the border markings are ensured to remain unchanged, and people on both sides of the border strictly abide by the Agreement and Regulations on border management between Vietnam and Laos.
