The Security Agency served the penalty decision to the owner of the Facebook account "Jerry Hanh".

This information, upon verification, was found to be false, but it was shared by many other accounts, causing negative impact and adversely affecting the business operations of a gold, silver, and gemstone trading company in Tien Giang province.

During questioning, the Facebook account holder "Jerry Hanh" admitted to the violation. Due to a lack of legal knowledge and hearing rumors about the incident at the gold, silver, and gemstone company, he posted the aforementioned content with the intention of increasing interaction to sell cosmetics.
