Nghe An youth organize the "March Border Month" program.
(Baonghean.vn) - As part of the Youth Month activities, on the afternoon of February 28th, the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Youth Associations, in coordination with other units, organized the program "March at the Border - Youth Towards the Border of the Fatherland" in 2019 at Phuc Son Border Guard Station.
The delegation, led by Comrade Pham Tuan Vinh - Standing Committee Member of the Central Youth Union, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, visited and presented flowers, inquired about and shared the difficulties and hardships of the soldiers and officers of Phuc Son Border Guard Station who are guarding the border day and night for the peace of the Fatherland.

Over the past period, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Federation of Youth Associations have directed all levels of the Youth Union and Associations to advise and coordinate the establishment of youth volunteer teams to maintain border security in border areas throughout the province. This aims to promote the pioneering role of youth union members in successfully fulfilling the task of protecting national sovereignty and border security; maintaining security and order in border areas; and contributing to building a peaceful, friendly, cooperative, and developing border.

At the event, the volunteer task force responsible for maintaining security and order in the border area of Phuc Son commune, Anh Son district, consisting of 15 members, held an inauguration ceremony and received their establishment decision.
On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Federation of Youth Associations presented a computer set to the officers and soldiers of the Phuc Son Border Guard Station; 15 gifts to members of the youth volunteer team; and 10 gifts to 10 disadvantaged students who have excelled in their studies in Phuc Son commune.
