What does the future hold for the Mui Dinh Ecopark mega-project?

PV: Ninh Thuan is becoming a bright spot on Vietnam's tourism map, and a future destination in Asia. What are your predictions regarding the influx of tourists to this area in the near future?

Ông Ngô Hữu Trường: The Khanh Hoa - Lam Dong - Binh Thuan tourism triangle welcomed over 16 million tourists in 2018 and over 19 million in 2019, meaning an additional 3 million tourists each year. In the next 5-7 years, after the tourism market stabilizes following the pandemic, this tourism triangle is expected to welcome 35-40 million tourists. Ninh Thuan, the heart of this tourism triangle, is easily accessible by air, road, rail, and water.

Ninh Thuan boasts beautiful natural scenery, unique topography, diverse indigenous culture, and an upwelling site – one of 18 coastal upwelling sites globally. With its favorable geographical location,Ninh ThuanIt is very convenient to develop tourism products connecting the region with Nha Trang, Phan Thiet, and Da Lat. We expect Ninh Thuan to soon welcome 8-10 million tourists per year.

PV: Is that why tourism investors like Crystal Bay see the potential of the Mui Dinh desert area?

Based on the unique topography, we created Mui Dinh Ecopark with two major features that make it stand out.

At Mui Dinh Ecopark, visitors can enjoy unlimited modern resort amenities while still retaining the essence of local culture.

First, this is an impressive destination, not just a project. It encompasses over 17,000 hotel and resort rooms, spread across more than 766 hectares.

With approximately 8 km of coastline, mountains, and sand dunes, this area is ideal for investing in diverse tourism products, combining numerous experiential activities such as mountain climbing, sandboarding, desert driving, watching sunrise and sunset on camelback, enjoying evening entertainment at water parks and theme parks, enjoying evening cultural and artistic performances, experiencing luxury shopping (outlet), playing golf on the sand, and more.

Ông Ngô Hữu Trường: Dự án Mũi Dinh Ecopark được UBND tỉnh Ninh Thuận phê duyệt với 5 phân khu chính: phân khu resort cao cấp ở Bãi Tràng, khu biệt thự trên núi, khu khách sạn trung tâm, khu khách sạn và resort san hô, khu công viên chuyên đề, công viên bờ biển, công viên nước và công viên sa mạc.

Mỗi tiểu khu đều có điểm nhấn độc đáo trong kiến trúc và nội thất, mang đến cho du khách sự tận hưởng không giới hạn tiện nghi nghỉ dưỡng hiện đại mà vẫn mang đậm hơi thở của bản sắc văn hóa địa phương. Mang hồn văn hóa Việt và đa dạng các loại hình trải nghiệm là nét độc đáo của dự án du lịch này. Ông Ngô Hữu Trường: Chúng tôi kiến tạo nên Mũi Dinh Ecopark kết hợp nghỉ dưỡng biển với vui chơi, giải trí và phong phú các loại hình trải nghiệm. Đây là xu thế mới của du lịch toàn cầu và Việt Nam đang thiếu cơ sở hạ tầng đáp ứng nhu cầu này.

The investors of the Mui Dinh Ecopark project are FIT Group and Crystal Bay Group, aiming to serve Crystal Bay's continuously growing customer base. Leveraging their expertise in organizing international travel and tourism, bringing international tourists from Russia and Northeast Asia to Vietnam for vacation, the Mui Dinh Ecopark complex is designed to serve a large number of Vietnamese tourists and welcome international visitors. We particularly focus on international tourists from the Russian Federation and Northeast Asia arriving in Vietnam by air, especially those organized by FIT and Crystal Bay through chartered international flights.
