Russian General: Ukrainian soldiers at the border are exhausted.
Lieutenant General Apty Alaudinov, commander of the Akhmat special forces, said that Ukrainian soldiers in the border area were exhausted and had given up attempts to break through.

According to TASS on June 13, Lieutenant General Apty Alaudinov, Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Military-Political Affairs of the Russian Armed Forces and Commander of the "Akhmat" special forces unit of the Russian Ministry of Defense, stated that the Ukrainian armed forces group advancing towards the border with Russia has completely exhausted itself and has ceased attempts to break through the Russian border.
"The situation in the border area is under control. At this stage, the enemy has stopped trying to break through. Admittedly, in the previous stage, the Russian army faced difficulties, as the enemy constantly tried to attack and infiltrate certain areas. And now we see that the enemy is completely exhausted in this area. We have destroyed a very large number of Ukrainian fighter jets, preventing them from advancing. We have completely disrupted their logistics," Lieutenant General Alaudinov said.
General Alaudinov noted that the fighters of Russia's Akhmat forces are eliminating the enemy every day and advancing forward.
Regarding unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), at a weapons meeting, Russian President Vladimir Putin demanded that the UAV industry be developed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The Russian leader noted the continuous growth in the effectiveness of drones. According to him, they are used for electronic warfare and anti-artillery operations, reconnaissance, and mine clearance and excavation.
"On this matter, I would like to note that we are currently establishing a drone system force as an independent unit of the armed forces. And we need to ensure its deployment and development as quickly and with the highest quality as possible," President Putin said.
He emphasized that Russia has accumulated much good experience in this area and knows how the enemy operates. "We are talking about training personnel, about producing and supplying modern equipment capable of enhancing the combat capabilities of our armed forces," President Putin noted.
