In his opening remarks, the leader of the Management Board of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone emphasized that the job fair is an annual event, held three times a year, aiming to create a direct and transparent connection channel between businesses and workers. The first event in 2026 took place right after the Lunar New Year (Year of the Horse), a time when many workers are looking for new jobs or wish to return to their hometowns to work. Organizing it early helps workers promptly grasp labor market information and access suitable positions without intermediaries, completely free of charge.
