Propaganda efforts are being intensified to promote the streamlining and reorganization of the organizational structure and apparatus.
The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee requested that media agencies focus on promoting the vigorous implementation of the reorganization of the political system's organizational structure, promptly addressing and handling ideological issues among cadres and Party members in agencies and units undergoing mergers, and promptly resolving entitlements and policies for cadres involved in the reorganization in accordance with regulations.
On the afternoon of February 13th, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Department of Information and Communications, and the Provincial Journalists Association jointly organized the February 2024 Press Briefing Conference.
Comrades Pham Ngoc Canh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Nguyen Ba Hao - Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications; and Tran Minh Ngoc - Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association and Director of Nghe An Radio and Television Station, chaired the conference.
In January and early February 2025, central and local press agencies in the province closely adhered to their principles and objectives, relatively effectively implementing the propaganda guidelines of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the state management of the Department of Information and Communications.
Press agencies primarily publish Spring-themed publications. Spring, the Party, and President Ho Chi Minh are prominent themes, occupying a significant and profound position in publications and programs for the Tet and Spring Festival of the Year of the Snake 2025. The atmosphere is one of enthusiasm, aspiration for progress, and faith in the country and homeland, as they steadily advance on the path of renewal and accelerate into a new era of development.
The articles and programs are meticulously crafted in both content and form, possessing profound ideological depth and strong orientation; they are linked to the theme of the country and the homeland of Nghe An celebrating the Party and the Spring Festival, coinciding with the 95th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2025); the homeland entering a new era, an era of striving – the path to realizing aspirations for prosperity and happiness.
In addition, the press agencies reflect on activities celebrating the Lunar New Year, customs and traditions of Tet in various localities, early year festivals, cultural and sports activities, and the atmosphere of readiness for the conscription day in localities throughout the province, meeting the information needs of readers and doing a good job of propaganda and guiding public opinion.
The press agencies reflect the outstanding achievements in socio-economic development; focusing on streamlining the apparatus, ensuring effective and efficient operation; promoting digital transformation and combating waste; striving to achieve the highest goals for sustainable socio-economic development by 2025, bringing Nghe An into harmony with the new era of the country.
However, central press agencies have not provided much information in their Lunar New Year publications about the outstanding achievements in economic, cultural, and social development in Nghe An province in 2024. Some online magazines and general information websites have published some terminology that could easily mislead readers.
Regarding the orientation of propaganda work for March 2025, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Pham Ngoc Canh requested that media agencies focus on promoting information and propaganda on key tasks in the coming period as required by the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Establishing discipline and order, preventing the prolonged mentality of celebrating Tet and traveling during the Spring Festival; and focusing on successfully achieving growth targets in 2025.

The Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department emphasized that 2025 is a year with many major national events, and requested that media agencies pay attention to publicizing major national holidays and Party Congresses at all levels; intensify propaganda on Party building and rectification, and the construction of the political system in 2025; and publicize the implementation of Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated July 18, 2023, of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province until 2030, with a vision to 2045.
In addition, media outlets are focusing on promoting news and articles reflecting the preparations for the conscription day, cultural festivals, and promoting potential and advantages; promoting cultural heritage, scenic spots, culinary culture, and practical experiences to attract domestic and international tourists.
