Heavy snowfall in Nghe An, buffaloes and cows die en masse
(Baonghean.vn) - White snow still covers many villages in the Western region of Nghe An, many buffaloes and cows of the people have frozen to death, of which Que Phong district has 79.
Of which, Quang Phong, Tri Le, Nam Nhoong, Chau Thon, and Que Son communes had 10 to 20 cattle die, while other communes had 9 or less cattle die. Que Phong District People's Committee established a Steering Committee to promptly direct and send cadres to the grassroots to inspect and guide farmers in caring for, protecting, and preventing cold for cattle.
