Recently, the awareness of self-consciously implementing fire safety regulations and rules of small traders at Hieu market is still poor. Burning incense and selling flammable goods such as gasoline, gas in the market; goods displayed for sale encroaching on the aisles still occur, posing a potential risk of fire and explosion.
Faced with the above situation, on the morning of April 14, the interdisciplinary delegation of Hoa Hieu ward coordinated with the Traffic Police Team (Thai Hoa Town Police) to organize a campaign to clear encroachment and propagate fire prevention and fighting at Hieu market.

The delegation requested the Market Management Board to regularly disseminate and popularize the law as well as knowledge about fire prevention and fighting to businesses and customers; remind them to ensure fire prevention and fighting safety, explosion prevention in the use of electricity, gas, and open flames, especially during peak hours when there are many customers and when the booth is about to close. Organize fire prevention and fighting safety inspections to promptly detect and overcome factors that pose a risk of causing fire; resolutely handle violations of fire prevention and fighting regulations and rules.
