On the morning of February 10th, the Euro exchange rate recorded an upward trend in commercial banks and the free market. The sharpest increase reached 157 VND/EUR, bringing the highest selling price to 32,120 VND/EUR.

According to a survey conducted this morning (February 10, 2026), the Euro exchange rate in the domestic market increased simultaneously in both buying and selling directions. This trend was similar at major commercial banks and the free market, with adjustments ranging from 71 to 157 dong depending on the institution.

Euro exchange rate movements at commercial banks

At both state-owned and private banks, Euro exchange rates were adjusted significantly upwards compared to the previous trading session. Specifically, Vietcombank listed the exchange rate at 30,034 VND/EUR (buying) and 31,618 VND/EUR (selling), an increase of 107 dong and 112 dong respectively.

At BIDV, the Euro was traded around 30,334 VND/EUR for buying and 31,710 VND/EUR for selling, an increase of 81 VND and 108 VND respectively. Techcombank recorded a higher increase of 118 VND for buying and 125 VND for selling, bringing the exchange rate to 30,188 - 31,576 VND/EUR.

Notably, HSBC saw the sharpest upward adjustment this morning. The bank increased its buying rate by 151 dong and its selling rate by 157 dong, listing at 30,221 VND/EUR and 31,393 VND/EUR respectively.

Based on survey data, the lowest buying rate for the Euro is currently 30,034 VND/EUR (Vietcombank) and the highest is 30,365 VND/EUR (Sacombank). On the selling side, HSBC currently offers the lowest rate at 31,393 VND/EUR, while Sacombank has the highest selling rate at 32,120 VND/EUR.

Euro exchange rate on the free market

Following the trend set by banks, the Euro exchange rate on the black market also rose sharply this morning. The Euro is currently trading around 31,220 VND/EUR for buying and 31,340 VND/EUR for selling. Compared to the previous session, the price on this market has increased by 329 VND in both buying and selling directions.
