Among state-owned banks, VietinBank recorded a decrease of 123 dong in both buying and selling rates. At Vietcombank, the Euro buying rate was listed at 29,995 VND/EUR and the selling rate at 31,577 VND/EUR, a decrease of 93 dong and 97 dong respectively compared to yesterday. BIDV also adjusted downwards by 114 dong in the buying rate and 117 dong in the selling rate, bringing the selling price to 31,628 VND/EUR.

For private banks, Techcombank applied a reduction of 114 VND for the buying rate and 123 VND for the selling rate, currently listed at 30,138 - 31,515 VND/EUR. Notably, Eximbank had the sharpest downward adjustment in the selling rate with a decrease of 141 VND. According to the survey, BIDV currently has the highest buying rate, while Techcombank maintains the lowest selling rate in the market.
