In the first 6 months of 2025, Nghe An's public investment disbursement rate is estimated at 45.29%, higher than the national average (32.06%).

The public investment disbursement rate in the first 4 months of 2025 of Nam Dan district reached 57%.

Basic construction investment is one of the tasks that Nam Dan district prioritizes to mobilize all social resources, including public investment capital from the budget, to accelerate construction progress and disbursement, and promote the effectiveness of investment capital.
Many localities and units in Nghe An have a public investment disbursement rate of over 90%.

By the end of December 2024, Nghe An had disbursed 75.22% of public investment capital. Of which, many localities and units had a disbursement rate of over 90%.
