TYM Nghe An supports over 60,000 women in accessing capital and reducing reliance on illegal lending.
On the morning of January 22nd, TYM Nghe An held a conference to summarize its activities in 2025 and implement tasks for 2026, aiming to disburse loans worth over 1,400 billion VND and mobilize savings of over 800 billion VND.
Attending the conference was Comrade Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, and President of the Nghe An Provincial Women's Union.

Nearly 1.244 billion VND has been disbursed.
The Tinh Thuong Microfinance Organization (TYM), under the Vietnam Women's Union, supports poor and vulnerable women in improving their quality of life through financial services such as loans and savings, along with non-financial activities such as training and social welfare.

In 2025, TYM Nghe An made many efforts to innovate its operations, enhance interaction, support, and resolve difficulties for customers in order to basically complete the set targets and plans.
One of the outstanding achievements is the expansion of service area and customer development. By 2025, TYM Nghe An will expand to an additional 196 villages and currently operates in 70 out of 130 communes and wards, with 1,512 clusters; it has also developed 7,221 new customers, bringing the total to 60,707 customers, achieving 102% of the plan.

In addition, TYM Nghe An continues to improve and innovate its processes and policies to support customers in accessing capital for economic development and serving the needs of the people, especially vulnerable women and orphans. By 2025, a total of 35,159 customers will have accessed loans from TYM, with a total disbursed capital of nearly 1,244 billion VND.
Specifically, the policy includes flexible loan repayment options in 2, 3, or 4-month installments; flexible repayment terms on a weekly or monthly basis; reduced interest rates; and an increase in the maximum loan amount for household customers to 100 million VND.

In parallel, TYM Nghe An also focuses on inspecting, guiding, and supporting each customer to ensure that loan capital is used effectively, contributing to the economic development of people's families, and ensuring timely repayment of loans, with a repayment rate of 100% for the entire TYM Nghe An branch.

Along with lending, TYM Nghe An also flexibly implements savings credit activities with weekly and monthly installment products, building a savings awareness among the people, especially women. As a result, in 2025, TYM Nghe An mobilized savings of more than 750 billion VND.

TYM also focuses on digital transformation in its operations, with over 32,647 customers installing and using TYM Mobile, accounting for 53.8% of existing customers; and over 32,700 customers conducting transactions via bank transfer, accounting for 53.9%.
In 2025, TYM Nghe An also focused on promoting social welfare with many activities such as organizing free health check-ups and supporting customers affected by natural disasters and those from policy beneficiary families; supporting the construction of 3 solidarity houses, sponsoring 10 orphaned children… The total budget for social welfare activities in the year was over 1.1 billion VND.
In implementing its 2026 plan, TYM Nghe An is determined to continue expanding its service area and developing its customer base; innovating and improving the quality of credit activities, striving to disburse loans worth over 1,400 billion VND and mobilize savings of over 800 billion VND.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Hien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An Province, and President of the Provincial Women's Union, acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of TYM Nghe An in the past period, especially in supporting poor women to access capital, improve family financial management skills, and develop the economy; particularly contributing to limiting illegal lending in the area.

Comrade Hoang Thi Thu Hien also suggested that TYM Nghe An continue to strengthen communication efforts, spreading the positive social values of TYM; while continuing to improve lending and savings processes, creating more favorable conditions for poor members to access capital and savings; and at the same time, boldly innovate operating methods, remove barriers, and perfect mechanisms and policies for TYM's stable and sustainable development.
The Provincial Women's Union also pledged to work alongside TYM towards the goal of caring for and empowering women and children economically, improving their lives, especially vulnerable women and those in difficult circumstances.
