Teams in groups A and B were not given the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Rajamangala Stadium because the stadium was used for both groups on the same day. The Vietnam U22 team trained at the stadium 15-20 minutes before playing against Laos U22 at 4:00 PM on December 3rd.

The Vietnam U22 team will not have a training session at Rajamangala Stadium before their opening match against Laos U22 at 4:00 PM on December 3rd. The organizers have arranged an alternative training ground approximately 15-20 minutes away from Rajamangala, as the main stadium is being used for both Group A and Group B on the same day. The final training session on the afternoon of December 2nd was still conducted with urgency and focus, demonstrating the team's determination ahead of the 33rd SEA Games.

Reasons for not playing in the main game.

According to the team, not only the Vietnam U22 team but all teams in both Groups A and B were not allowed to practice on the official match pitch. Rajamangala Stadium is the venue for both groups and matches taking place on the same day, so closing the pitch before the match day is to ensure the condition of the pitch and operational matters.

The move to an alternative training ground creates a level playing field for all teams. In this context, the ability to adapt quickly to the new playing conditions becomes crucial from the very first minutes of the match.

Preparations of the Vietnam U22 team and a message from the coaching staff.
