Reporting at the forum's launch, representatives from the Vinh City People's Committee announced several tasks and investment development directions for Vinh City in the coming period, such as: promoting public investment and focusing on mobilizing resources for key projects that act as drivers of socio-economic development in the area. Currently, the city has many projects whose progress has been accelerated, such as the Priority Infrastructure and Urban Development Project adapting to climate change; the Vinh-Cua Lo connecting road project; the Nguyen Sy Sach extended road project connecting to the Lam River embankment; the urban area and social housing project in Hung Hoa commune; continuing to promote the development of the night economy; implementing investment and upgrading infrastructure and supporting works to serve the opening of the pedestrian street…

At the meeting, the businesspeople all agreed that the launch of this forum was extremely significant for their businesses. They also frankly shared their concerns and difficulties, such as administrative procedure reform. Furthermore, they hoped that the city's authorities would implement the discussions held at the forum so that its activities would become even more effective in the future and serve as a practical bridge between city leaders and businesses in the area.

At this forum, representatives from various provincial departments and agencies also contributed many practical ideas. They also suggested investment directions that their departments and agencies are focusing on, so that businesses can explore investment opportunities.

On behalf of the Vinh City leadership, Mr. Tran Van Son – Vice Chairman of the Vinh City People's Committee – acknowledged the contributions and suggestions from the businesspeople and departments; considering them invaluable insights, contributions, and ideas that the city government needs to pay attention to, support, and act upon so that businesspeople can overcome difficulties and challenges together and seize new opportunities.

On the other hand, with the proactive approach of the city's leaders and the efforts and solidarity of businesses in the area, the meeting and dialogue forum will be highly effective and meaningful, contributing to the overall development of the city.

Regarding the opinions, concerns, and aspirations raised at the forum, the City People's Committee will take note of them and assign relevant departments and agencies to implement or respond within their authority, or forward them to provincial-level departments and agencies for consideration and resolution within their authority.

According to the plan developed by the Vinh City People's Committee, a forum for meeting and dialogue with businesspeople in the area will be organized once a month by the Vinh City People's Committee, focusing on relevant topics.
