The People's Committee of Cao Bang province has a 40-year-old Vice Chairman from Nghe An province.
On the afternoon of March 19th, the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council held its 12th session (extraordinary session) of the 16th term, 2016-2021, to elect an additional Vice Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee.

With 39 out of 45 attending delegates voting, achieving a rate of 79.6%, Mr. Le Hai Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Office of the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province, was elected by the Provincial People's Council to the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province for the term 2016 - 2021.
Mr. Le Hai Hoa, born in 1980, is from Nghe An province. He holds a PhD in economics from Germany and a Senior Certificate in Political Theory. Prior to being elected as Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province, Mr. Le Hai Hoa served as Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office and Chief of the People's Committee Office of Cao Bang province.
Mr. Le Hai Hoa also holds the position of Chief of the Standing Office of the Coordinating Committee for the Implementation of the Agreement on Cooperation in Protecting and Exploiting Tourism Resources of Ban Gioc Waterfall (Vietnam) - Duc Thien Waterfall (China); Deputy Head of the Ban Gioc Waterfall Tourist Area Management Board at the provincial level; Head of the Working Group assisting the Steering Committee for the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) Expressway Project; Head of the Urban Development Projects Development Team; Head of the Working Group for resolving business requests of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee...
