The People's Committee of Nghe An province held a meeting with Hoang Thinh Dat Joint Stock Company and Vantage Logistics Joint Stock Company.

Comrade Bui Thanh An, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired the meeting. Representatives from relevant departments and agencies also attended.

On the investors' side were Mr. Diep Quoc Phu - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vantage Logistics JSC and Mr. Hoang Van Duong - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Hoang Thinh Dat JSC, along with representatives from various departments and functional units.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of Nghe An province,Comrade Bui Thanh An - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's CommitteeWelcoming two major investors to work and invest in Nghe An, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee informed the two investors about the FDI attraction situation in recent years, including the contribution of Hoang Thinh Dat Joint Stock Company, which is the investor in the infrastructure of Hoang Mai 1 and Hoang Mai II industrial parks. He also happily shared some information related to the investment environment and the development of logistics service infrastructure in the province.

Specifically, Nghe An has received continued attention from the Central Government, which issued Resolution No. 39, and the Government has issued an Action Program to support Nghe An's development. The National Assembly has also continued to amend and supplement Resolution No. 36 on some specific mechanisms and policies for Nghe An. Alongside the issuance of investment incentive mechanisms and policies, many key infrastructure projects that promote logistics development, such as the Nghi Son - Dien Chau section of the North-South Expressway, have been completed, and the Dien Chau - Bai Vot section is expected to be completed in 2024.

Following the completion of the Cua Hoi Bridge, the province is focusing on investing in the extension of the N5 road and the connecting road from the N5 road to Cua Lo Port. There are also plans to upgrade Vinh International Airport and Cua Lo Deepwater Port. It is expected that after the Cua Hoi - Nghi Son coastal road is completed, the province will invest in Dong Hoi Port to serve cargo handling at industrial zones in Hoang Mai town and the northern part of the province.

Accordingly, Vantage Logistics Joint Stock Company will not only provide logistics services for Hoang Thinh Dat Company and Ju Teng Group in the Industrial Park.Hoang Mai Ibut also other businesses in the region.

Representatives from Vantage Logistics JSC also shared their experiences in investing in and operating logistics services at international and regional ports.

The company hopes to receive support from the province to ensure the appropriate implementation of port services, with policies in place to facilitate the flow of goods not only from the province but also from neighboring provinces. For its part, the company will strive to ensure two container arrivals per week.

During the working session, the Provincial People's Committee witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Hoang Thinh Dat Joint Stock Company and Vantage Logistics Joint Stock Company regarding strategic cooperation in the Northern and North Central regions of Vietnam.
