Ukraine sells anti-tank missiles to Europe.
At the Eurosatory 2018 exhibition held in France, Ukraine also participated and sought opportunities to export the Corsar small-caliber anti-tank missile system to Europe.
According to Ukrainian military sources, the Corsar missile system showcased at Eurosatory 2018 is a product of the Luch Defence Weapons Design Bureau.
According to official information published on Luch's website, prior to participating in Eurosatory 2018, the manufacturer successfully tested the Corsar, which tore apart an old armored vehicle at a distance of over 2.5 km (almost reaching the Corsar's maximum range).

Luch stated: "The ability to destroy the target is clearly demonstrated on the armored vehicle, ensuring the complete destruction of the fighting machine. It should be emphasized that the Corsar test results are excellent."
The Corsar has a range of up to 2.6 km with a target engagement time of 12 seconds, and is guided semi-automatically by laser. The Corsar weighs 15.5 kg including the gun mount. It can be mounted on a gun mount or from a trench.
The manufacturer stated that, with widespread deployment, the anti-tank capabilities of the Ukrainian army would be significantly enhanced because the Corsar has a range nearly double that of Ukraine's existing anti-tank weapons. Notably, the Corsar can operate in weather conditions ranging from -40°C to 60°C.
The Corsar portable anti-tank missile can destroy fortified targets, bunkers, moving targets such as tanks, modern armored vehicles and other combined targets, including both monolithic armor and explosive reactive armor (ERA) on Russian tanks, as well as helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles.
The Corsar portable anti-tank missile system will cost around $130,000, which is three times cheaper than similar foreign anti-tank missiles.
According to plans announced by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, Corsar missiles will be exported once the domestic forces are adequately equipped.
A spokesperson for the Luch Design Bureau said: "We began marketing the system and signing contracts for the supply of new missiles in 2014. Exporting the Corsar weapon system is essential for us and for our customers."
