Ukraine threatens Germany for only one reason.
(Baonghean.vn) - Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, declared that hostilities would break out in Germany if the country refused to supply heavy tanks to the Eastern European nation.
Oleksiy Danilov emphasized that if Berlin does not supply Kyiv with heavy armored tanks, the fighting will take place on German territory. Danilov stated: "If Chancellor Olaf Scholz wants the Germans to fight the Russians in Berlin and Stuttgart using German tanks, then he can continue this game, conducting sociological studies to see if Germany needs to supply tanks."

The Ukrainian government, as well as Germany's Western partners, have repeatedly requested that the country increase its supply of military equipment to the Ukrainian armed forces. This explains why former Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany Andriy Melnyk requested that the Berlin government provide Kyiv with a contingent of Leopard 2 tanks.
In response to Kyiv's request, Chancellor Scholz declared that Germany has no plans to transfer heavy armored vehicles to the Ukrainian armed forces in order to avoid escalating the confrontation with Russia.
