Ukraine will receive the draft agreement after the prisoner exchange.
The Russian Foreign Minister stated that Ukraine would receive a draft peace agreement after the prisoner exchange is completed.

According to RIA Novosti, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow would be ready to hand over to Kyiv a draft document on resolving the crisis as soon as the prisoner exchange is completed.
However, according to Lavrov, the text will have the following differences: Russia will continue working on the conditional texts and requirements necessary for signing agreements with Ukraine, despite provocations. Moscow believes that the drone attacks on civilian targets in Russia are a consequence of some European countries supporting Ukraine.
The Russian Foreign Minister stated, "It is impossible not to see the connection between the increase in terrorist attacks by Ukraine on Russia and the visits of European politicians to Kyiv." EU leaders still haven't given up hope that US President Donald Trump will switch to the anti-Russia side and share America's responsibility for Kyiv's attacks on Russia.
According to Lavrov, Moscow is awaiting the United Nations' response to Kyiv's attacks on civilian targets and its violations of the principles of warfare.
"I want to emphasize once again: We are also committed to implementing the agreements just reached in Istanbul between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations. We are finalizing preparations for compiling a list for the exchange of prisoners of war on the principle of '1,000 for 1,000'," Foreign Minister Lavrov said.
A 1,000-for-1,000 prisoner exchange agreement was reached at the first talks between Russia and Ukraine in three years. The first phase of the negotiations took place on May 23.
"According to the Russia-Ukraine agreement reached on May 16 in Istanbul, 270 Russian servicemen, as well as 120 civilians, including civilians from the Kursk region who were captured by the Ukrainian armed forces, have been returned from territory controlled by the Kyiv authorities," the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.
In return, 270 prisoners of war from the Ukrainian Armed Forces and 120 civilians were handed over to the Ukrainian side.
Currently, all those repatriated after their detention are in Belarusian territory. They will then be transported to Russia for treatment and rehabilitation at medical facilities.
The Russian Ministry of Defense added that the large-scale prisoner exchange initiated by the Russian side is expected to continue in the coming days.
