At noon on November 13, Mr. K. was taken to the hospital in a state of drowsiness, slurred speech, vomiting a lot, muscle paralysis, and a bleeding cut on his hand.

According to information, at 2am on November 13, Mr. K. and his wife ate Strychnos nux-vomica seeds together. At noon, when relatives discovered it, the wife had died and the husband was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
