The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission organizes the examination and assessment of civil servants.

Implementing Plan No. 212-KH/TU dated October 9, 2019, of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on organizationexamination and assessment of civil servantsParty and State agencies, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations, along with the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, have established an Examination and Assessment Council and a Support Team to carry out procedures and prepare for the examination and assessment of civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

During the examination, 22 officials holding positions as Heads of Departments, Deputy Heads of Departments, and Inspectors of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission participated in two parts: a multiple-choice test on the political system, organizational structure of the Party and State, political and social organizations, and professional skills in inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement within the Party; and a test answering situational questions related to their job positions and assigned responsibilities.

The examination is an opportunity for the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission to assess the current level of professional competence, work skills, and serves as a basis for reassigning and rearranging the staff of officials and civil servants according to job positions and task requirements.
