Man riding electric bicycle dies after colliding with tractor-trailer.
At noon on December 1st, a tragic accident occurred on Truong Chinh Street (Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province), resulting in the death of an elderly man.
At approximately 11:30 AM, a man riding an electric bicycle was traveling towards Vinh Train Station when, near house number 20 on Truong Chinh Street, his electric bicycle collided with a tractor-trailer with license plate 37H-004.xx and trailer 37R-028.xx that was traveling in the same direction.
After the collision, the victim fell onto the road and was run over by the trailer's wheels, dying instantly. Some residents said the victim was Mr. H., 79 years old, residing in Thanh Vinh ward, who had just returned from the hospital after a check-up and medication.
Immediately after the accident occurred, authorities arrived to cordon off the scene, conduct an examination, and investigate to determine the cause of the incident.
