At 3:50 PM on July 14th, a collision occurred between a truck and a refrigerated truck on National Highway 1A, kilometer 314+300, in Quynh Thien ward, Hoang Mai town. The refrigerated truck overturned and sustained heavy damage.

At that time, the refrigerated truck with license plate 14C-09727 was traveling from Vinh to Hanoi when it was suddenly rear-ended by another truck (license plate unknown) traveling in the same direction, causing the refrigerated truck to overturn on the highway.
